On The Rocks were one of the “guest alliances” of the old Northern Coalition and lived in Vale of the Silent. They were subsequently booted out of there when NC decided they didn't want them anymore and their space was given to Controlled Chaos.

As On the Rocks failcascaded after evaccing to highsec in 2010, TEST poached one of their corps, Dromedaworks inc who stayed in TEST for roughly one year before going first to Tribal Band and then Forsak3n for a year until they came back to TEST again and are still there to this day (2019).

On The Rocks failcascaded on 2010-10 and mothballed the alliance.
