The Omen Navy Issue (or ONI) went almost completely unnoticed for a long time. Until one intrepid solo PvPer posted an unreal video with a no buffer, nano, active tanked ONI hazing everything dumb enough to give chase. It is now widely accepted that the ONI is probably the best anti-tackle ship in the game for a small gang. Incredible speed and damage application make it the favored ship of many skilled pilots.
