Few ships embody the principles of Amarr starship design so well as the Maller. To describe it in a single word, the Maller is simply inflexible - in both senses. This is a ship which offers a great deal of raw, unbending strength, but lacks the nuance and adaptability characterised by the cruisers of other races. The sheer resilience of the Maller is already widely known, however a lack of offensive capability has historically relegated it to the role of dedicated (and obvious) bait ship. With Retribution however the Maller received substantial buffs to both its firepower and its mobility, making it every bit the Amarr powerhouse that it deserves to be.

Quite possibly the toughest cruiser in the galaxy, the Maller is a common sight in Amarrian Imperial Navy operations. It is mainly used for military duty, although a few can be found in the private sector acting as escort ships for very important dispatches.

Autocannons are the best choice for the high slots, as they require no capacitor to fire, however the weapons can be exchanged with lasers at the pilot's preference. The Nosferatu is not optional, do not swap it out. The Warp Scrambler can be switched out for a Warp Disruptor. If you know ahead of time that you'll be facing significant ECM the Stasis Webifier can be switched for an ECCM module.

This fit should only cost around 15 million ISK, and has 55,942 EHP with perfect skills. If you downgrade to T1 modules (for a low skill version) the cost drops to around 10 million ISK and the tank to just over 30K EHP.

We've seen these a couple times. It's an interesting fit if for those of us that like to dabble in armor and hold true to Amarr supremacy lasers. It's almost cap stable, lasting about 13 minutes. Tank stats: 32k EHP, EM 77% Th 71% Ki 67% Ex 65%, 130m signature. DPS is 140, which is a sore spot.
