This is an old revision of the document!
Essentially a pared-down version of its big brother the Hel, the Nidhoggur nonetheless displays the same austerity of vision evident in its sibling. Quite purposefully created for nothing less than all-out warfare, and quite comfortable with that fact, the Nidhoggur will no doubt find itself a mainstay on many a battlefield.
The Nidhoggur is the Minmatar carrier. It has bonuses to both shield and armor transfers and is the only carrier with a bonus to the shield and armor transfer amount, making it the best carrier at pure logistics. Unfortunately this also means if there are multiple carriers on the field, the Nidhoggur will be the first one the enemy shoots at. With a 5/6 mid/low slot layout the Nidhoggur is normally armor tanked.
Though in earlier versions of the game the Nidhoggur was a terrible carrier, post-Trinity it is a well rounded carrier, having a substantial bonus to repair amount and the same slot load-out as a Thanatos. The repair amount bonus makes it the best carrier to Triage fit for pos and outpost repairing.
A constantly updated version of the application process can be found here.
Historically, the alliance did well in the ways of reimbursement for capitals. TEST typically pays for, and supplies, our fuel and ammunition. Ships are only reimbursable if they are lost on an Op lead by an approved Capital FC. Carriers & Dreadnaughts are reimbursed to full hull price covering the difference on insurance. TEST also historically reimbursed Fighters & Fighter-bombers as well if ever lost. We do not have a Supercapital reimbursement program currently. But it is dealt with on a case-by-case basis if shit ever hits the fan, the alliance will discuss any options regarding what they can do to help out.(Citation needed)
Currently we have a 50% reimbursement program, this applies to approved capital ops only.
