Delve Rail Domi Navy
This fit I made using level 4 skills for Energy Mgmt., Controlled Bursts, Adv Weapon Upgrades, and Shield Upgrades. This in mind a pilot who finds him/her-self with some extra isk (hull ~350m). This is cap stable with 350mm rails, with 425mm is not cap stable even with decent cap skills. Range is like 50km on the rails with t1 ammo, and the dps is around 1000. This is a relatively safe sniper set up in that you should always be out of range of neuting.

Delve I have an alt and they fly a osprey/basilisk
Seriously read the title. You will die so so fast in Delve without a logi. You can use any shield logi ship that can rep at a distance of 48km, but ideally use Caldari because it sends capacitor too to prevent guns/hardners from turning off. This set up is made for forsaken hubs because you put the potato at the spawn, facerape with void ammo and garde and have the logi just orbit at extreme range. You should murder every ship before they even pay attention to the logi. This setup does about 1700dps. This is the setup I use (TheGodofRock) and haven't had one issue.
