 +===== Description =====
 +Command ships are engineered specifically to wreak havoc on a battlefield of many. Sporting advanced command module interfaces, these vessels are more than capable of turning the tide in large engagements. Command ships represent the ultimate in warfare link efficiency; the boosts they give their comrades in combat make them indispensable assets to any well-rounded fleet.

 +Developer: Kaalakiota

-====Overview==== +As befits one of the largest weapons manufacturers in the known world, Kaalakiota's ships are very combat focused. Favoring the traditional Caldari combat strategy, they are designed around a substantial number of weapons systems, especially missile launchers. However, they have rather weak armor and structure, relying more on shields for protection.
-The Caldari Command Ship has an impressive tank and does decent damage. However it is extremely expensive to fly.+====Helpful Information====

-While ~550 DPS may not seem overwhelming with a typical HML setup it becomes a lot more terrifying when you realize that damage can be applied up to 75km away and that HMLs from the Nighthawk hit especially hard on small or fast targets. Basically, the ratio of actual DPS versus EFT DPS is higher than with comparable ships.+----
 +===== Overview =====

-Fit with a faction point, T2 rigs and, optionally, a mindlinked Claymore or Loki, the Nighthawk becomes untouchable at around 30km; it outdamages just about anything at that range and anything faster than it will die before it gets tackle, making it easy for a Nighthawk pilot to disengage if things go pear-shaped.+Command Ships bonuses (per skill level):
 +  * 7.5% bonus to Heavy Missile and Heavy Assault Missile Launcher rate of fire
 +  * 5% bonus to Heavy Missile and Heavy Assault Missile explosion radius
 +  * 3% bonus to Shield Command and Information Command burst strength and duration
 +Caldari Battlecruiser bonuses (per skill level):
 +  * 7.5% bonus to kinetic Heavy Missile and Heavy Assault Missile damage
 +  * 4% bonus to all shield resistances
 + Role Bonus:
 +  * Can use 2 Command Burst modules
 +  * 100% bonus to Command Burst area of effect range

-A Nighthawk pilot called Fon Revedhort used to fly such a Nighthawk solo and fuck up BS and T2 cruiser gangs doing so.+----
 +===== Requirements =====

-Also, the Nighthawk's kinetic damage bonus is a huge asset when up against those FOTM Minmatar T2 cruisers with kinetic resist holes. +  *Caldari Battlecruiser V

-The ratting ship I use in Fountain. Tanks 739 dps against Serpentis, more than enough for Sanctums. Deals 649 dps with fury missiles, 527 dps with regular missiles. Very cheap compared to the Tengu, 200 mil for the ship, 30 mil for the fittings. Of course, you can pimp it as you like with faction mods and T2 rigs. +
- +
-Replace more BCS with SPR if you need more tank (for 6/10 plexes and up). It might be a good idea to fit a cloak instead of a salvager if you can't warp to a POS in system, I just fit the salvager for salvaging if I get a faction spawn.+
