The Astarte is a bit like a Brutix on steroids. It can put out marginally more DPS and the T2 kinetic resists are nice, however it's also five times as expensive and you WILL be primaried. It's also one of the cheapest Command Ships currently, if only because it's so terrible.

This is a decent rattin fit, sustaining tank while tearing through rats. You could possibly swap a MFS for another repper if you're having issues with tanking.
