• A system with the proper structures and rigs, see below.

• You'll want to be aware of the taxes in the system and structures you'll be using, see below.
• Ore, or isk to buy the ore.
• Isk to pay refining taxes, manufacturing taxes, building costs, and tips or payments for the services you don't provide yourself.
• A freighter to move the minerals from the anthanor to the raitaru, and to move the cap components into the sotiyo. This will be many trips.
  
• Someone with good reprocessing skills and the reprocessing implant to turn your ore into minerals.
• Someone with the building skills to build cap components.
• Someone with Capital Ship Construction V to take the cap components and put the titan into final build.

The price on the actual titan BPC varies widely. You're generally better off getting it separately from the rest of the cap components. Cap component BPCs should run you somewhere around 1b. Most builders use 150,000 isk per run for copies.
