I just wanted to share a little bit of personal rage with you.
OWN Alliance has 6 tech moons and 1 neo moon, this is at least 25b/mo, if not more.
They offer partial reimbursement on the following: interdictors, logistics
Thats it.
They charge 100 million per office and 250 million a month for a 50 man corporation to be in OWN.
What. The. Fuck.
Somebody is getting rich.

The always eloquent DHD explains what happened next:

Montolio made a thread about the fact that they had six Tech moons and only reimbursed logi and dictors; I said “That's fucking shenanigans” and hit up Montolio on Jabber. I then asked “Can I go fuck with them” and he replied with a more diplomatic “I don't fucking care, fuck off you aspie f*t”.
So I flew down to CU9, and upon the discovery of the fact that Deagol1 and Tereeeududrudrudruuduuruudrum are manchildren furiously mashing their fatass fingers against a keyboard to make what seem like words, I went to town. Because it was easy.
Then, when Deagol PMed Montolio, and bitched about me, Montolio sent me the logs. This is the part where my dick is out and I'm furiously masturbating, by the way.
So I troll some more, and I get some dudes riled up, and then a group of us come up with the idea to send a UN aid convoy down to CU9. So we all grab NPC goods (livestock, water, cigarettes, etc.) go and anchor a small warp disruptor outside their station, and begin making a tent city with supplies distributed in anchored cans.

Then we formed a 30 person conga line. Which was fun.

Oh, and during this time, Tez and BoodaBooda were working furiously to make videos while I wrote a UN press release.

At 23:26 EVE Time, the United Nations Council For The Assistance of the Citizens of New Eden passed a proposal (213-2: United States and Israel the negative parties) for the United Nations to intervene in the central Deklein region of space. The party involved in the reception of aid is an entity knows as “OWN Alliance”. The people of this country are ruled by a a dictator that is entirely unconcerned with the well-being of the citizens of his nation. The people live impoverished, unable to receive any sort of recourse for the vessels lost in combat engagements.
To aid in this issue, the The United Nations has approved an aid flotilla consisting of members of Test Alliance Please Ignore to CU9 in an effort to relieve the citizens of OWN Alliance. This flotilla will be carrying construction parts, water, food, livestock, and other commodities essential to basic living. Hopefully, by alleviating the need for the members of OWN Alliance to devote resources to their basic living, the citizens of this impoverished nation will be able to raise their standard of living to that of other spacefaring nations.
This will not be an easy task; the dictator of OWN Alliance has already ordered a no-contact policy for all members of OWN Alliance against interaction with members of the TEST Alliance Please Ignore aid flotilla. However, the flotilla has already arrived in the OWN Alliance capital and is currently distributing medicine, food and various supplies to the citizens in need of it most. We expect a full aid distribution infrastructure to be in place within the next fourteen days.
The dictator of OWN Alliance imposes draconian taxes on the citizens of his nation. Monthly dues, office rent, and other fees/costs are all imposed on members of the nation, and while taking such exorbitant fees, the dictator refuses to implement any infrastructure. The United Nations believes that these systems are essential to the survival of any spacefaring society. These underdeveloped systems include, but are not limited to; ship replacement, industrial assistance programs, and resource allocation infrastructure.
The United Nations is consistently committed to ensuring that all citizens of New Eden are cared for at a basic level; we feel it is our duty to assist developing spacefaring nations and ensure their ability to support themselves is stable.

The Mittani is not amused:

CEOing was calm last update, and I wrote a lot of words about administrative crap no one cared about. This update is more about conversations with or about enraged neighbors eating up vast amounts of my time. It seems that my role as Fuzzy, Adorable, Completely Tyrant of Deklein sometimes boils down to being a glorified kindergarten teacher; I have to spend a lot of time keeping TEST from eating paste and/or stabbing OWN in the eye with a pencil. This week I was looking the other way, TEST somehow grabbed the pencil and has been going after OWN with the implacable determination that only a six-year-old in a mood can muster.
The timing couldn't have been worse, because I had already spent an enormous amount of energy working with OWN and trying to convince their leadership that I really wasn't about to tear them into bloody shreds and decorate VFK with little origami cranes made out of their skin. Understandably, after abruptly decapitating BCA, there was a lot of mutual mistrust to work out; however, we got through it, and OWN began showing up massively on our ops. For example, on tonight's strategic op we had 23 OWN subcaps and four capitals chewing on Ev0ke with us. I like that. That makes me happy. That should make you happy, too.
So I went from a lot of convos with TeRedrum and Jilozz working on integration and understanding to a lot of convos trying to somehow restrain TEST from trolling OWN into a rampage, cascade, or breakdown. This began with the UN Aid Convoy dramadey, which I can't openly admit that I found absolutely hilarious if completely inappropriate. This pranke promptly re-convinced most of OWN that I wanted to murder them, despite having nothing to do with it. For a while I tried to be diplomatic and reassuring, then I ended up snapping and telling OWN that they needed to man up and learn how to troll back, yelled at Montolio about how I don't care what OWN does with its pilots, and took my ball and went home.

Apparently my desire to avoid drama convos and play with my dollies (ie, my personal dreadnaught armada) was interpreted by TEST as a great chance to grab that pencil again and really get OWN good this time. TEST has now completely audited OWN's books for them and are spamming an unfriendly looking spreadsheet in every channel they can find. Right now it is 3am Central time. This isn't the best time to write a CEO Update under normal circumstances, but OWN and TEST are napping at the moment, and pretty much all of tomorrow is going to be wasted sorting this crap out and trying to mollify various angry or stabby parties, so this was my ~one chance~ to get this out.

OWN alliance is being evicted from Deklein for their leadership's repeated refusals to submit api keys to explain their breathtaking financial malfeseance. Vuk will be finding them a new home on the eastern front. Over the past two months the leadership of OWN have demonstrated a persistant resistance to working with us in the region when not outright conspiring to try to poison us to the rest of our allies. Despite weeks of patient restraint on my part, my tolerance has reached its end. OWN will be decamping to Venal, or wherever; I don't give a fuck. They have a week to evacuate their membership's assets and must commence de-sovving their territory immediately. If they resist or attempt to fight they will be reset and purged with extreme prejudice. Please be prepared to ensure their safe exit from Deklein should their leadership continue to display their signature disregard for our ownership of this region.

Dear friends a matter of sadness and regret befalls us all
Over the course of our time in Eve we've lived in a great many regions. I started back in the original Syndicate days and loved it, then rejoiced as we invaded Cloud ring as it was fun and our first step into the great realm of conquerable 0.0. We lost but moved on to the south and conquered pretty much the whole thing, it was fun. We all know the story behind our collapse in Delve and our eventual rebirth amongst our friends in Deklein. TCF opened their doors to us and when they decided the time was right they granted their realm to us to manage and care for as they reached their twilight years. We have been good stewards of this region and have rebuilt our empire from its riches while making some really good friends and expanding our future possibilities.
Inevitably as we solidified operational control of Deklein and the formation of the Deklein Coalition there were inevitable problems, namely existing tenants who felt the power vacuum presented an opportunity for self advancement at our expense. This thread is naturally about our former tenant OWN alliance.
We have exercised herculean restraint over the course of our repeated attempts to reach a diplomatic solution with OWN alliance. Normally when faced with contempt and disobedience we have reacted with force, but we tried a new tactic of negotiation and patience with OWN and gave them every opportunity to buy into our plan for the region and to get on board with our greater plan that would enable every member of the DC to reach success and advancement in their place in eve. They have rejected every attempt to coexist and instead obstinately continued to express that they were our equals and not a member of the coalition we lead. They would continuously thumb their nose at our military adventures while touting their deployments with the NC as some sort of measuring stick for their worthiness to hold the little strip of Deklein they squatted on.
We tried but sadly we failed. Our best diplomatic efforts were not enough to convince them to be a part of what we are building so we have asked them to depart our region for locales unknown. They have one week to get the fuck out and then maybe they will help the NC maybe they will fly off into the sunset.
So with a heavy heart I retreat to the cold comfort of the 90's superband Semisonic and leave you lyrics to express my sorrowful feelings

Dear friends, a tragedy has befallen our fair region. Our mortal enemies, the knaves of Pandemic Legion, have launched a cowardly attack against the CSAA of our former guests OWN alliance. This action is one which I condemn in the strongest possible terms: it is (dare I say it?) a most ungentlemanly thing to do, something one might expect from one of the (heavens!) lower classes.
