Mister Vee
Just like the actual Captain Gloval (or “Global” if you are one of those purist pricks) his accent is indeterminate (Danish?) and he stays calm under pressure. Unlike his anime counterpart, his bridge crew consists of the homeliest men ever to grace a neckbeard. Simply put: Vee = Goon FC.
More detailed-ly put: Mister Vee is by far and away (and without a shadow of a doubt) the best, most celebrated fleet commander in the history of the universe (and I am not one usually given to hyperbole).
After inventing EVE Online, Mister Vee sold the idea to CCP for one (1) Canadian dollar. He then went on to invent the bombing run, the armor HAC, and Goon fleet-commanding.
Follow Vee and you will not fail. Unlike your standard FC, he is mature, calm, clear, and intolerant of swearing. He will personally donate 100mil ISK to the reimbursement fund if he swears in TeamSpeak.
