Fletcher were the founder of the primary TEST corp, Dreddit. Fletcher created Dreddit by making a post on reddit, trying to gauge interest for a reddit-based corp in EVE in 2010-02-09.

Fletcher then went on to make a recruitment post for the corp on /r/gaming.

The corp took off and the rest, as you say, is history.

Fletcher handed over the reigns of CEO to Dank Nugs after two months.
