Li3 Federation
Li3 Federation was a member of the Honey Badger Coalition, and then the CFC. Initially formed by Jadecougar over concerns about nullsec representation on the CSM, they got their first taste of nullsec and were attracted by the complexities that the metagame had to offer. Initially planning to join the Clusterfuck Coalition with Li3, their plans changed as they realized that there wasn't room for an alliance like them within the CFC. They were brought into the HBC at the start of the Delve War, and were given space in Querious for their contributions. They then decided to leave the HBC for the CFC however. This thread has more details. L3F aimed to be involved in both the industrial and PvP aspects of EVE, and recruit selectively to ensure a solid culture within the alliance.
