Ultima Rati0 were a small primarily Russian alliance that lived in Delve in 2012. They were primarily a hanger on to the larger Russian alliances and were considered a pet alliance by a lot of contemporary observers. Most recorded activities were with them attaching themselves to other Russians, primarily Red Alliance. They for example fought against the old Northern Coalition alongside the Drone Russian Forces in 2010 as well as against the Honey Badger Coalition and the CFC in Delve War V.
The alliance died in the later part of 2012.
Fun fact: CCP released a graph of banned users for the total history of EVE in 2019. Ultima Rati0 still sat in the top 25 alliances in 2019 despite folding in 2012. They had 4% of total banned users, a impressive achievement for a dead alliance to remain so high at the top, several years after their demise.
