Operation Rusbear was the name of a TEST deployment to Stain, also called The Dewagoning of Stain. The remnants of Stainwagon had based out of there since their eviction from nullsec sov in the Winter War. Their poking of TEST sov continued and provoked a deployment to come sit on them for a little while.

Most of the fights centered around towered moons as TEST started dismantling Stainwagons remaining income sources. After a while, TEST declared victory and returned home with tons of dead moon towers to show for it.
