Executive Outcomes

Executive Outcomes [.EXE] is a 0.0 alliance currently located in Cloud Ring.

.EXE is a member of the The Clusterfuck Coalition (CFC). They were also at one time apart of the Honey Badger Coalition, making it the only alliance in EVE to be a part of more than one major coalition at the same time. In March 2013 however, Mo'Chuisle announced Executive Outcomes would be leaving the HBC, for a variety of reasons, but would be maintaining blue standings with Test Alliance Please Ignore.

History

During the war between Band of brothers [BoB] and Ascendant Frontier [ASCN] taking place in in Esoteria and Feythabolis, directors within FoFF met with BoB, and came to an arrangement that EXE needed more targets, so the alliance moved to 0.0 to help pick off the remaining ASCN pilots in the area. A new corporation, Omega Fleet Enterprises joined the alliance on the move to Paragon Soul. After ASCN collapsed, EXE remained in Esoteria, working with other corps that remained positive to BoB. EXE's role was that of a police force for the region. They had regular roaming gangs to keep the area clear and also responded to reports in the local intel channels.

Following the disbanding of Band of Brothers by Goonswarm .EXE were briefly absorbed into IT Alliance until its collapse.

In a surprise move Mo'Chuisle flirted with the idea of joining Goonswarm, successfully trolling a good portion of EXE membership (and a lot of Goonswarm's too). Instead they decided to revive the Executive Outcomes name and alliance ticker and headed up .EXE as a member of the CFC.

Through various conflicts and wars in the north of the galaxy .EXE ended up settling in it's new (and current) home of Cloud Ring, with additional sovereignty being held in Fountain.

Following Test forming the HBC EXE used the fact it was situated between both coalitions to remain a member of the CFC as well as joining the HBC making it the only alliance in New Eden to bridge the gap between the two largest coalitions at the time.

EXE remained deployed with the HBC after the rest of the CFC withdrew back to the North and helped finish off the campaign for Querious and Period Basis. As the campaign started to start wrapping up and the HBC's current intentions were to not bother invading Against ALL Authorities for their space, EXE was requested up North by the CFC to help in the Tribute/Vale war.

Upon the conclusion of the Tribute/Vale war EXE has been running a mini-campaign against Gang Bang Team in NPC Fountain Core.

Rising tensions between the CFC and HBC in Janurary 2013 lead to people asking questions about which side .EXE would be on if a war between the CFC and HBC broke out. .EXE reiterated their position of neutrality between the two coalitions and offered to cede their sovereignty in Fountain to the HBC if needed. Following the de-escalation of the situation the HBC leadership said ceding sovereignty wasn't necessary. Then they did it anyways.

Following some soul searching .EXE decided it wasn't comfortable being a member of the HBC anymore, mainly due to differences of opinion over the direction the coalition was taking and in March 2013 Mo'Chuisle announced .EXE's departure from the HBC. However due to the long history of EXE and Test alliance they opted to keep Test and it's offshoots (Test Friends and the renters) as blue.
