The Entropraetorian Aegis came into existence in 2009. It was formed by our figurehead corporation, The Entroprelatial Vanguard, which dates it's history back to the early days of eve in 2005. The alliance in it's current form was established during the fall-out of a major low-sec war in june 2011 in the Aridia low-sec region. The largest aliance and powerbloc in the Aridia region at that time disbanded into 2 seperate alliances that went to war. ENTRO stayed neutral due to good friends in both warring factions. The corporations that sought stability joined ENTRO. When the two warring alliances eventually cascaded, ENTRO grew. With the addition of an industrial wing, ENTRO grew to a medium-sized alliance that was able to sustain itself in all aspects of the game. Halfway through 2012 ENTRO joined the HBC believing in it's structure, ideals and ally approach.
