Then I realized that with Xray loaded you will hit out to 100km and just laugh as Corpus Popes die without even landing a hit against you. Then you can switch to Gamma or Multifrequency and melt the rest of the wave into slag. With the way this ship is rigged, when you finally upgrade to T2 Beams, you'll still be cap-stable and have enough CPU. My personal opinion is that newbros are better off sticking with an Oracle until they can fly a Navy Armageddon, especially if Prophecies prove to be an effective doctrine.
