=====Spirit of these Rules=====

The intent of the rules is to limit stress on our logi team with the current sov changes as well as follow all coalition policies.


===== § TEST Sov  =====

  * Absolutely NO Dens are to be deployed in space with a TEST Ihub.
  * If you see one deployed in TEST space by a Blue, you are to:
      * Take a screenshot of who placed it and where.
      * Report it to the Diplomats.
===== § Blue/Coalition Sov  =====

  * NO Dens are to be deployed in Blue space. 
 
===== §  All Other Sov  =====

  * Areas under a NIP or other active agreement are not valid targets for Den Placement.
