Fletcher were the founder of the primary TEST corp, Dreddit. Fletcher created Dreddit by [[https://web.archive.org/web/20160510224532/https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/azwx7/how_much_does_it_suck_when_you_lose_your_ship_in/c0k9lqp/|making a post]] on reddit, trying to gauge interest for a reddit-based corp in EVE in 2010-02-09.

Fletcher then went on to make [[https://web.archive.org/web/20100213212832/http://www.reddit.com:80/r/gaming/comments/b01lm/would_reddit_be_interested_in_an_eve_corp_we_have/|a recruitment post]] for the corp on /r/gaming.

The corp took off and the rest, as you say, is history.

Fletcher handed over the reigns of CEO to [[culture:userpages:dank_nugs|Dank Nugs]] after two months.
