The System Information tells you very important information about the system you are currently in and the area you are in.

There is some very valuable information you can gather from this image.

This image tells us that the Solar System I am currently in is BY-MSY. If I were to go to DOTLAN and type in this Solar System into the search bar it would open the region map and put a black circle the Solar System that is within this Region.

The image tells us that the Security Rating of the Solar System is red indicating it is a Nullsec system. It also tells us the Truesec of the system, not just that it is a 0.0 system.

This image tells us that the constellation I am in is 3WN-1T. If I were to go to DOTLAN and type in this constellation into the search bar it would open the region map and put a black circle around every Solar System that is within this Constellation.

This image tells us that I am in the Esoteria Region. If I were to go to DOTLAN and select Esoteria from the Region List it would open a map of Esoteria and show me every Solar System and how they are connected within the region.

This image tells us that BY-MSY IV - Moon 1 is the closest entity (NOT ship) is located.

This image tells us that an Alliance (TEST) has control of the TCU. If there was no image in its spot then it would mean that there is no ownership over the TCU in this Solar System.

This image tells us that an Alliance (TEST) has control of the IHub. If there was no image in its spot then it would mean that there is no ownership over the IHub in this Solar System.

This image tells us that an Alliance (TEST) has control of the Station. If there was no image in its spot then it would mean that there is no ownership over the Station in this sytem and it is in Freelance, anyone can dock, or that a Station does not exist in this system.

This image tells us that the Activity Defense Multiplayer, ADM, of the system is 6.0x since every bar is filled on the shield. If you were to hover your mouse over the shield it would tell you the Strategic Index, Military Index, and Industry Index of the current Solar System. The Route Planner gives A LOT more information than just the and turning the next gate you need to jump through yellow

The image tells us how many jumps are remaining until you reach your destination.

If you were to hold your cursor over any of the individual squares it would tell you their respective

• Constellation
• Region

Which can help you prepare for what you might be entering. You can tell that this particular Route takes you from Nullsec to Highsec without entering a single Lowsec system. We know this because there are no orange squares representing Lowsec.
