This will not teach you Chinese, but will allow you to issue orders and say some useful phrases.

Useful phrases:

Jump to (me). Useful for tackle, instructions, and more.

  1. 跳到(我) [Tiào dào (wǒ)] - Jump to me. Pronounced “Tiao dao (woer)”
  2. Example: Shao chuan tiao dao woer (Small ships jump to me).

I want/need/require SHIPTYPE. Useful for forming fleets and instructing what you want.

  1. 我需要 (Wǒ xūyào) - I want. Pronounced “woer swee yao”
  2. Example: Woer swee yao ying sing jian (I require stealth/recon ships).

[I] do not want/need SHIPTYPE. Useful for forming fleets and instructing what you do not want/need.

  1. [我]不需要 ([Wǒ] bù xūyào) - Do not want. Pronounced “[woer] boo swee yao”.
  2. Example: Boo swee yao shao chuan (Do not need small ships).

Only want SHIPTYPE. Useful for forming specific fleets.

  1. 关要 (Guān yào) - Only want. Pronounced “Gwan yao”.
  2. Example: Gwan yao chee jian (Only want flagship/capital ships).

Broadcast for repairs

  1. 广播修 (Guǎngbò xiū) - Broadcast repair. Pronounced “Gwan burr sh-yoo”
  2. Example: Tao dao woer! Tao dao woer! Gwan burr sh-yoo! Gwan burr sh-yoo! (Jump to me! Jump to me! Broadcast repair! Broadcast repair!)

Tackling phrases.

  1. 抓人 (Zhuā rén) - Arrest/catch them. Pronounced “drah ren”. This is a generic order to tackle something.
  2. 抓他 (Zhuā tā) - Arrest/catch him. Pronounced “drah tah”. This is an order to tackle a specific singular target without naming them.
  3. 抓 NAME (Zhuā NAME) - Arrest/catch NAME. Pronounced “drah”. This is an order to tackle a specific target which you must name.
  4. 我被抓了(Wǒ bèi zhuāle) - I've been arrested/caught. Pronounced “woer bay drah ler”. This is a call if you have been tackled.

Warp bubbles phrases.

  1. 拦截泡 - (Lánjié pào) - Warp intercept bubble. Pronounced “Lan jia pow”.
  2. 打开拦截泡 (Dǎkāi lánjié pào) - Open [a] warp intercept bubble. Pronounced “dah keh lan jia pow”.
  3. 关上拦截泡 (Guānshang lánjié pào) - Close the warp intercept bubble. Pronounced “gwan shang lan jia pow”

Stasis web and grapple phrases.

  1. 网子 - (Wǎng zi) - Net. Pronounced “Wahn zz”. A generic term for the stasis webbers and grapplers.
  2. 网子他 - (Wǎng zi ta) Net him. Pronounced “Wahn zz tah”. A generic order to web an unspecified target.
  3. 网子 NAME - (Wǎng zi NAME) Net NAME. Pronounced “Wahn zz NAME”. An order to web a specific named target.
  4. 我被网了 - (Wǒ bèi Wǎng le). Pronounced “Woer bay wahn ler”. I have been webbed. This is a call if you have been webbed.

Legend:

  1. 级 (Ji) means Rank/Tier/class/level. Prounounced “Jee”.
  2. 船 (Chuan) means ship/boat/vessel. Pronounced “Chuan”
  3. 旗舰 (Qíjiàn) means flagship; Carriers, FAX, Titans, Supercarriers, Dreadnoughts, Capital Industrial ships. Pronounced “Chee Jian”

  1. Literal translation - Small ship.
