Kind of like a baby Scimitar. Speed is good as you'd expect, and the slot layout and fitting work well for a high speed cap regen setup like you generally see on a Scimmy (although cap stability with a MWD is difficult, particularly with low skills). Fairly simple to fly, and takes advantage of the frigates' natural strengths. Quite fragile though, so potentially unforgiving.
