Originally owned by Tau Ceti Federation, after a change of direction they decided to hand over their space to Goonswarm. Goonswarm then offered out a large chunk of space to the TEST Alliance.

TEST Alliance held the RFY-QB constellation, plus a few extra systems for jump bridges and infrastructure. We took up residence on 27th July 2010. As of the end of March 2011 our campaign in Fountain had finished and TEST handed back the systems to Goon hands.

The space is now shared by Goonswarm Federation and TNT. TEST have full rights to Goonspace, as do Goons in TEST space. Many of these systems have Sovereignty Upgrades.
