====== Victory East Day ======

Victory East Day, or VE Day for short, is the 22th of September 2018 when the alliance Fraternity. (FRT) [[http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/Fraternity.|Dotlan link.]] signed the peace treaty with Legacy coalition, headed by TEST Alliance Please Ignore. 
This entailed that the last war front of the summer war of 2018 that Legacy were actively engaged in were ended and Legacy stood victorious over all its enemies. TEST spearheaded the agreement that involved Fraternity ceding all contested territory to Legacy and its blues as well as paying a undisclosed sum in the form of PLEX to Legacy.

The announcement was made by one of TESTs military leaders, vily, who coined the term VE Day when sharing the news with the linemembers of the coalition. [[https://forum.pleaseignore.com/topic/102590-ve-day/|Forum thread can be found here.]]

The announced terms of the peace agreement are as follows:

===Fraternity will:===

unanchor their structures in Immensea and Tenerefis, or offer to sell them to local parties at varying value based on reinforced mode, type and rigs. (alternatively, any structure can be transferred to test corporation UPVOTE and 50% Jita value of structure will be paid to that corporation)

Self-destruct all ihubs and TCU’s in Immensea and Tenerefis.
Within one week of deal start Fraternity will pay an undisclosed sum in 1 parts to the Test Executor Corporation upvote, at the Start of the deal (this payment will be made in plex)
Fraternity will cease any contracts with cloaky campers they have for the duration of the NIP.

===Legacy will provide:===

A 6 month NIP covering structures and Sov and cloaky camping in all Fraternity space
Ceasation of all territorial aggression towards Fraternity in general

Unanchor or Sell to Fraternity the 3-LY Astra, the IAS Fortizar and the O3-4 Astra.(edited)

===Smoothing Period===

To facilitate sov and structure transfers in Immensea and Tenerefis no fraternity members will roam within tenerefis/immensea and harass transfers. Likewise if a fraternity member is coming into Tenerefis or Immensea it will be assumed he will doing sov related activities and Legacy will do our best to avoid harassment of these members. As well, no Legacy members will destroy fraternity cyno’s etc and will avoid camping the regional gates exiting the regions.

===Clarification points.===

-This NIP does not extend to XiX, but any attacks upon XiX will be viewed as attacks on Legacy for the moment and will be responded to in kind up to and including cessation of this deal. This includes their allies as well.

-Fraternity group includes The Therapists, Fraternity, Starchaser, Blades of grass, Lorde, Cyno Up and Destinies call. -Legacy includes the 11 alliances in Legacy. TEST, Brave, Watchmen, TKLE, DV, DW, REQ, W4RP, Evictus, Rezeda, Boogeyman.

-The renter alliances in Feythabolis and Omist will be included in this NIP as a special entry.

===The NIP will cover:===
Sov structures, (TCU/IHUB) no new structures will be attacked or placed in the Regions of Legacy space by Fraternity or by Legacy in the Sov space of Fraternity. No assistance will be given to any entity over timers relating sov timers in Fraternity space by Legacy and Legacy space by fraternity.

-Upwell strucures.(Citadels) no new structures will be attacked or placed in the Regions of Legacy space by Fraternity or by Legacy in the Sov space of Fraternity. No assistance will be given to any entity over timers relating to structures in Fraternity space by Legacy and Legacy space by fraternity.

Cloaky Camping, No cloaky camping will be done be either side against the other. There will obviously be individuals who will do it on their own, but once revealing who they are they will be reported and asked to leave by their leadership."
