Dreddit Military Training

<font 36px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>Dreddit Military Goals</font>

Dreddit's goals are in line with TEST's goals 100% meaning if you're not actively training into our doctrines you need to be. The list of doctrines our Alliance flies is here:https://wiki.pleaseignore.com/military:doctrines:start

Skillqueue management is a daunting and complicated topic but we have skill packs to help you train into the appropriate skills our doctrines need. Of course make sure you have the core skills (the Magic 14) trained first.

  • For Alphas train into the appropriate skillpack for your race
  • Omegas start with the “ Omega - Stage 1 -30D Skill Plan” and the “Omega - Stage 2 -120D Skill Plan”

After that you should be mostly on your own and in charge of the direction your training goes.

Always refer to the Military Doctrines wiki to stay informed. Pay attention to alliance pings and doctrine changes as they come. Ships go in and out of the meta, and you can spend months training towards a goal only to have that goal change. This is normal and not the end of the world. The best advice I can give is to aim towards a personal goal for PVP and specialize as the alliance needs. Don't feel like you need to buy skill-injectors or sit in big DPS ships to be useful, you can be effective at all levels and if anyone gives you shit about sitting in EWAR or something that's on the doctrine page but isn't a mainline ship, get with me, @Baldur Kilgannon, on discord and I can sort it out. FCs do reserve the right to run their fleets the way they want, but they shouldn't be a dick about it. That is, after all, TEST's 1st rule.

<font 14px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>If you want to fly the big ships there are some rules that go along with them.</font>

<font 14px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>Recons: You'll need to maintain a recon for cyno purposes. Don't depend on the Alliance or Corp to have a recon available at your beck and call. Never jump to a beacon you didn't light or trust a blue beacon. This is good practice because Capitals and Supers require a lot of self-reliance.</font>

<font 14px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>Training Order:
Carrier>Fax>Dred - Main Account</font>

Alt1: T1Dread>Fax>Carrier>T2Dread

Alt2: Fax>Carrier>T1Dread>T2Dread

NId>Chimera»»Thannatos>Archon=Mino»>Apostle, Nag>Rev»»»Moros

Note that armor carriers and FAX are way far down, this is because you should eventually train them for our secondary armor fleet, but you should first train the Main/Alt1/Alt2 into shield, then repeat that list for armor. Dread tank doesn't matter.

In the current age of EVE, supercaps are also key to an alliance's survival. In addition to the above goals, the ideal Dreddit member is either working on or has a Titan or Super. You can easily train Alt1 into a Titan or Super with the order above and also have a Fax alt ready on Alt2. The priority is as follows:

Levi>Rag»»»>Hel>Wyvern

Levi is temporarily in front of Rag to correct our Titan imbalance.

<font 20px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>Mining</font>
You'll need to join the Dreddit Miners group on Auth to get situation with our mining program. You'll gain access to a channel in the discord that will help you coordinate in this activity. Also make sure you familiarize yourself with our rules and etiquette here https://wiki.pleaseignore.com/eve:industry:mining:start
