Russian alliance that lived in Geminate. They were group of fairly competent, formerly nomadic Russians. They used to spend their time in Curse before moving in with the Goons in Delve. After Delve fell, Rebellion went north with them and have stuck around ever since, residing in Venal until they laid claim to Geminate.
