• Perimeter Defense Staging: Perimeter - Tranquility Trading Tower

Pure Blind is currently our home with 5ZXX-K as our staging. The seat of TEST's Meme Dominion was previously the Keepstar located in D-PNP9 in Esoteria. During WWBII our staging was T5ZI-S in Delve. After WWBII, our staging was NEU-UD

The Keepstar in Perimeter also serves as a northern staging for high-sec operations and the PPD (Perimeter Police Department) Perimeter Police Department designed in November 2018 to serve as a gank and protection arm of TEST military.

• Outer Passage is located in the east of the eastern area known as the Dronelands. This area has swarms of Rouge Drones and absent are any human or human adjacent NPC factions. Outside of our home in Outer Passage, the Dronelands is home to PanFam and their affiliates. Prior to our moving-in, Outer Passage was inhabited by Circle of Hell.

• Other notable previous Dronelands and Outer Passage residents included “lots of angry Russians” and renters.

• The rest of the Dronelands is home to the Panfam Coalition alliances of Pandemic Horde and NCdot and one of their affiliates, Solyaris Chtonium. Winter Coalition also has a presence with Fraternity next door to Outer passage and Veni Vidi Vici along with The Stars of northern moon in the far north of Drones.

• Outer Passage has connections to the regions of Cache, Cobalt Edge, The Spire, and Perrigen Falls.
