Test Free Handlers ( @testfreehandler ) are volunteers who respond to requests for items in Test Free's inventory.
Apply to the Test Free Handlers auth group.
Requests should be limited to 3 ships or fewer, but generally just use your best judgement based on the situation. There's nothing wrong with giving a dozen ships to a newbro who just moved down with nothing so they have a variety of roles to try. If a ping for something we stock just went out maybe limit it to one at a time. Under most circumstances it's fine to make sure they get at least two ships.
These are battleships fit for rolling wormholes. The ship names have the TF Loaner
prefix. They are loaned out when we need to destabilize or collapse a wormhole. They are returned to the hangar if they survive, and the base (uninsured) insurance payout should be forwarded to Echo Degnar
if they do not. These are stocked only when we have a sufficient surplus of donated minerals and salvage materials.
The only real restriction on skill book requests is that each character should request books individually. The skill plans on skills.pleaseignore.com generate shopping lists that can be copied and pasted to make requests easier. If we have the book in the Skill Books can you can hand it out.
Exceptionally expensive skill book donations are stored in the <font inherit/Courier New,Courier,monospace;;inherit;;inherit>Donations</font> container. Message <font inherit/Courier New,Courier, monospace;;inherit;;inherit>Echo Degnar</font> if somebody requests one of these books.
This creates entries in the container's Audit Log. The last person to unlock a stack of books is responsible should the books go missing. Always re-lock the stack.
This inventory is entirely donated. Test Free does not import more.
We have broken the +1 Implants market in the past. Make sure those who request them know how to swap their implant clones.

These are to help members get into PI. We're not funding some 50-toon PI Empire startup. Try to limit handing out PI Command Centers to one or two characters per player.

Move any loose items in the TRAINING hangar into the Donations container. Message Echo Degnar for requests from Donations and they will be handled on an individual basis.
It should go without saying that stealing from the alliance is a blacklistable offense, but I'm saying it anyway. Just don't do it. It's not worth it.
