The Buzzard was developed according to the exacting specifications of Admiral Okaseilen Fukashi, head of the Caldari Navy Recon Division, and was the first production level ship specifically built to take full advantage of the cloaking breakthroughs achieved by Project Mirage at Crielere.

The Buzzard is the Caldari Covert Ops Prober, and is pretty mediocre compared to the other racial probers. It only has 2 low slots, but has the highest CPU so to compensate.

Caldari Frigate Skill Bonuses (Per Skill Level):

• 5% bonus to kinetic Light Missile and Rocket damage
• 5% bonus to Light Missile and Rocket launcher rate of fire

Covert Ops Skill Bonuses (Per Skill Level):

• 20% reduction in Cloaking Devices CPU requirement
• 10% bonus to Core and Combat Scanner Probe strength
• 10% reduction in Survey Probe flight time

Role Bonus:

• 10+ bonus to Relic and Data Analyzer virus strength
• Can fit Covert Ops Cloaking Device and Covert Cynosural Field Generator
• Cloak reactivation delay reduced to 5 seconds
