On October 18th, 2020, the fifth attempt by PAPI, the temporary megacoalition that was formed to evict The Imperium from their space in World War Bee 2, was made to anchor and online a Keepstar to further their invasion of Delve.
This attempt was made by TEST, one of the major alliances of PAPI. The earlier four Keepstars had been supplied by Fraternity and Pandemic Horde at two each.
The earlier attempts had all culminated with The Imperium paying a butcher bill of near or exceeding a trillion ISK to kill the anchoring Keepstar.
The difference this time was that a TEST pilot with heroism bordering on autism, William Chen, had spent hours putting up a massive cube of bookmarks around the anchoring Keepstar. This was coupled by 149 anchored bubbles being put up in a defensive field of the Keepstar.
Seeing this, goons immidiately capitulated and only sent in some token subcaps to die on the grid.
The TEST Keepstar onlined with its repair timer never being paused.
