=====Logistics Frigates=====

Tech 2 frigates which play a support role for their fleet, usually in the form of recovering hitpoints on friendly ships. Note that there are no tier 1 logistics frigates, but some Tech 1 frigates do recieve similar (albeit smaller) bonuses.
