===About===

Founded in 2009-10-28.

On The Rocks were one of the "guest alliances" of the old [[culture:history:northern_coalition|Northern Coalition]] and [[eve:region:vale_of_the_silent|lived in Vale of the Silent]]. They were subsequently booted out of there when NC decided they didn't want them anymore and their space was given to [[culture:history:controlled_chaos|Controlled Chaos]].

As On the Rocks failcascaded after evaccing to highsec in 2010, TEST poached one of their corps, [[corps:dromedaworks_inc|Dromedaworks inc]] who stayed in TEST for roughly one year before going first to [[culture:tribal_band|Tribal Band]] and then Forsak3n for a year until they came back to TEST again and are still there to this day (2019).

On The Rocks failcascaded on 2010-10 and mothballed the alliance.
