===== Introduction =====

**Dreddit**  is a group of EVE players from the website [[http://reddit.com|reddit.com]]. Stories regarding EVE were regularly posted to the [[http://reddit.com/r/gaming|gaming subreddit]] and gained a lot of interest from the general reddit users and usually hit the front page. After [[http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/azwx7/how_much_does_it_suck_when_you_lose_your_ship_in/|one story in particular]], reddit user [[http://www.reddit.com/user/AZRugger|AZRugger]] (former CEO Fletcher Hammond) created a thread to see how many people would be interested in [[http://www.reddit.com/comments/b01lm/would_reddit_be_interested_in_an_eve_corp_we_have|starting an EVE corporation]].

After the creation of Dreddit, massive hordes of redditors piled into EVE to blob veterans to death - the massive blob consisting mostly of newbies has managed to humiliate numerous small corporations stupid enough to declare war against us.
